Having larger companies through our customers, we’ve been often asked for the ability to have sub-accounts. The account owners want to be able to add, activate and deactivate access to users and members, who can sign documents on behalf of the organisation that owns the main Signsquid account. The added account users can use the Signsquid electronic signature and have access to their own documents only.
This feature makes a lot of sense, and we’ve recently added it to allow our clients to add users to their accounts. All the Signsquid users can now :
- Added users can create, send and sign documents and contract through the traditional Signsquid process of electronic signature.
- As an owner of the account, you will have access to all your members’ documents, but a member can only view and sign their own documents.
- As an owner of the account, you can activate and deactivate the access to any member of your account.
