Signsquid’s signature is applied to PDF documents and we often get questions regarding the conversion from a Word document into a PDF. The conversion is easy and does not require anything else than Word itself.

Having larger companies through our customers, we’ve been often asked for the ability to have sub-accounts. The account owners want to be able to add, activate and deactivate access to users and members, who can sign documents on behalf of the organisation that owns the main Signsquid account. The added account users can use the Signsquid electronic signature and have access to their own documents only.

Signsquid is the only solution that offers a two-factor authentication process: one by email and the other by phone. The goal, of course, being to ensure the legality of every document and contract signed by Signsquid.
